Web Design Services: You will be qualified for one round of changes should you find the first designs offered unsatisfactory. Should you still find the design unsatisfactory after changes, you can be qualified for a partial refund depending on the state of the work done.
Content Creation Services: Tell us within 7 days if the supplied material does not satisfy your requirements as stated in the service agreement. We will try to change the material or provide a partial refund depending on the effort done.

Demand for a Refund
